About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Receptionist / Operations Coordinator to support the daily functioning of our physiotherapy clinic in Greater Kailash II. The ideal candidate will be personable, reliable, and efficient, ensuring smooth operations and an exceptional experience for every patient who walks through our doors.

Key Responsibilities

1. Front Desk & Patient Interaction
2. Warmly welcome patients and visitors; serve as the primary point of contact.
3. Manage phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries promptly and professionally.
4. Address patient questions and guide them through clinic processes.

Administrative & Operational Support

1. Register new patients and update existing patient records with accuracy.
2. Schedule and coordinate appointments, ensuring minimal wait times.
3. Manage incoming leads and follow-ups to support patient onboarding.
4. Handle referrals, documentation, and clinic correspondence.
5. Payments & Basic Accounts
6. Process payments via POS, GPay, Paytm, or other methods.
7. Maintain basic accounts and ensure daily reconciliation.

Requirements:

1. Prior experience in a healthcare setting (physiotherapy clinic preferred).
2. Strong administrative or customer service background.
3. Comfort with computers, Microsoft Office, email communication, and digital record systems.
4. Experience with practice management software is an added advantage.
5. Excellent spoken and written English; Hindi proficiency preferred.
6. Highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask efficiently.
7. Professional demeanor with a commitment to delivering outstanding patient service.
