Job Description

We are looking for a qualified and confident Physiotherapist with prior experience or strong interest in corporate wellness, workplace ergonomics, employee health assessments, and preventive physiotherapy programs.

The role is suitable for a physiotherapist who can manage both patient care and corporate wellness assignments, including ergonomic evaluations, posture assessments, workplace health sessions, and employee education programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct physiotherapy assessments for patients and employees.
• Design and implement individualized physiotherapy treatment plans.
• Perform workplace ergonomic assessments for employees.
• Conduct posture evaluations, movement screenings, and musculoskeletal assessments at corporate workplaces.
• Recommend ergonomic modifications related to workstation setup, seating posture, desk height, monitor position, keyboard/mouse use, and work habits.
• Deliver corporate wellness sessions on posture correction, back care, neck pain prevention, workplace mobility, and injury prevention.
• Educate employees on correct sitting posture, movement breaks, stretching routines, and preventive care.
• Assist in preparing basic assessment reports and ergonomic recommendation summaries.
• Provide clinical physiotherapy treatment when required at the clinic.
• Coordinate with internal clinical and corporate teams for smooth execution of wellness programs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, sessions, and patient/employee recommendations.
• Represent CB Physiotherapy professionally during corporate visits, camps, and workplace wellness activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Physiotherapy, BPT, required.
• Master of Physiotherapy, MPT, preferred.
• Prior experience in corporate wellness, ergonomic assessments, workplace posture correction, or employee health programs is preferred.
• Strong understanding of musculoskeletal conditions, posture-related pain, back pain, neck pain, and repetitive strain issues.
• Ability to conduct workplace assessments and explain ergonomic corrections clearly.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable conducting group sessions, health talks, and employee awareness programs.
• Professional, confident, and presentable personality.
• Ability to work in both clinical and corporate environments.
• Basic documentation and reporting skills.
• Registration with the relevant physiotherapy council is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in ergonomic workstation evaluation.
• Knowledge of office-related musculoskeletal issues such as neck pain, back pain, shoulder pain, wrist pain, and prolonged sitting-related problems.
• Ability to conduct corporate health camps and posture screening drives.
• Comfortable speaking in front of groups.
• Good patient counselling and employee engagement skills.
• Basic knowledge of exercise prescription for workplace wellness.
